Once your payment has processed and cleared, I ship out the item/items you have bought in protective bubble wrap, or packaging. If choosing standard ground shipping, it should take about 3-5 business days to recieve it. Please allow 3 days to get your order ready. I will email you letting you know your item has shipped, including a reciept for you. If you choose to have the iem overnight shipped to you, there is a UPS option.

You can ship it back to me for repair, but it will cost dependant upon difficulty. After it is fixed, I can ship it back to you. I will let you know how to send payment for repair and reshipment of the fixed item back to you. I also can fix some pieces I did not design. I would need a detailed emailed picture of the damaged piece. From the image I will be able to tell if I can fix it for you. Alot of jewelry people buy, especially costume pieces, generally aren't all well designed. The repair service is an option for those who would prefer not to have to toss out those lovely costume pieces which have not held up to their expectations.

Ok, here's what I would like for you to do. First step: decide your colors, generally 3 or more is a good pattern start when it comes to beads. I can also weave them. Charms can be added. I can make bra's and skirts, anklets, headpieces, rings. After youve picked out what colors and pattern with design, then you sit down and draw it out in a dotted form with markers. Decide your sizes in inches and centimeters, be sure of your measurements. If it is a bra, be sure of the cup size. Send the chosen design to me by scanning onto a computer and emailing your idea to me. Your idea will not be used for anyone but you.
